This old house from the begin of 20th century reflects the splendour of this time, when spinning mills and textile factories flourished in our region.
The façade of the hotel has "marouflage" pictures, a decorative technical from the begin of 20th century, which give the building a special aura.
Research is still underway to preserve this special heritage.
Re-used as a post office in the 1970s, the building has been extensively renovated by local companies and is now beginning its third life as a family hotel.
The hotel is located in the heart of the Pays des Collines Natural Park, one of whose missions is to preserve the landscapes, paths and rurality, typical assets of our region.
The hotel is perfectly in line with this approach, and you will find all the information you need about walking and cycling in the region.
Ellezelles is also a meeting place for gourmets, there is something for everyone!
We will be happy to advise you.
The region is full of local producers offering quality products.
Our aim is to promote short circuits, to highlight these craftsmen and their products during breakfast or in the self-service bar area.
Ellezelles is also the land of witches, whose Sabbath, an annual folk festival, celebrates their magical powers ... but it is all year round that the mischievous spirit of the Witches floats in the hotel, they offer us their herbal teas & infusions.
In addition, various appointments with heritage and folklore punctuate the calendar ...
